Spring Fair

The St Philip’s Spring Fair has become one of The Hunter Vallley's largest events with thousands of visitors in attendance. Once again, our 2023 Spring Fair was a huge success and, as always, a big thank you must go to our sponsors and the community for your support.

This year’s event will take place on Saturday, 31st August. Mark your calendars and get ready for an unforgettable day of delicious food, entertainment and all the fun and excitement our annual event is renowned for.

We welcome both our College and broader community to join us. There will be something for everyone to enjoy.

Indulge in a delightful culinary journey at our Spring Fair! Our diverse food stalls offer a mouth-watering array of treats to satisfy every palate:

Potato on a Stick,Nachos,
Burgers,Curries,Gourmet Pies, Latin street Food,Pizza, Gozleme, BBQ, bacon and egg rolls.
Gluten-Free Options: Enjoy a variety of gluten-free treats without compromising on taste.

There will also be an array of sweet treats, pancakes, slushies, ice cream, cakes and coffee vans.

Petting Zoo & Pony Rides

Step into a world of wonder at our Petting Zoo, where kids can explore, pet, and hold adorable farm animals. From fluffy bunnies to gentle lambs, there's something for everyone to enjoy. The Petting Zoo is proudly sponsored by The Happy Tooth Cessnock.

Market Stalls

Come along and enjoy a fabulous array of local vendors to browse. On offer will be hand-made wares by local designers and creatives, artisan food and a variety of other products.

We’ll also have our school stalls which will feature items made by students, a craft stall, cake stall, to name a few.

The fun continues with our infamous pluck a duck, tombola fun, face painting, fake tattoos and more!

Train Rides

Courtesy of Rydges Resort Hunter Valley - Step aboard our air-conditioned Deltrain and embark on a leisurely tour of the SPCC Cessnock grounds. This delightful ride offers the perfect backdrop for a unique and memorable experience.
